Responsibilities

Promoting Safety : By reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards, and complying with HSE standards, you will help create a safer work environment
Ensuring Quality : Performing quality checks on material planning master data and working with Quality to address non-conforming materials will support high standards and efficient processes
Optimizing Delivery : Initiating purchase and work orders, and collaborating with suppliers to balance supply and demand, will ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
Managing Inventory : Repositioning excess inventory and managing part change requests will help minimize excess and obsolete inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources
Improving Supplier Performance : Supporting the Deliver Supplier Improvement Process initiative will enhance supplier performance metrics, contributing to overall operational efficiency
Effective Communication : Keeping all stakeholders informed with accurate, timely updates on inventory availability and back order recovery plans will ensure smooth operations
Team Collaboration : Communicating effectively within your team and with support teams, and participating in improvement projects, will foster a collaborative and productive work environment

Required

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience in an equivalent field such as materials planning, production scheduling, manufacturing, or inventory control

Master Supply Scheduling: Establish and maintain a valid Master Production Schedule that meets customer expectations and maximizes operational efficiency
Materials KPI Management: Operate based on recent or historical outputs compared to organizational expectations
