Advise on complex coverage issues, declaratory judgments, and bad faith defenses for aviation insurers
Lead discovery and motions in multi-party product liability and catastrophic incident cases
Coordinate on-site responses to crashes, interacting with NTSB, FAA, and international authorities
Draft appellate briefs and argue in federal/state courts or foreign tribunals
Negotiate resolutions in high-exposure reinsurance and mass tort disputes
Qualification
Required
Insurance defense experience
Experience in aviation litigation
Ability to advise on complex coverage issues
