LHH is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support their Business Management team by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple roles, focusing on Accounting and Finance professionals. The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting and partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for accounting, finance, and business management roles
Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using multiple recruiting channels
Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience
Track recruiting activity and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven recruiting experience in Accounting and Finance
Ability to work effectively within CST or PST business hours
Experience supporting or recruiting within Business Management environments
Preferred
Experience working in remote recruiting environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities efficiently
