Build strong relationships with store teams and customers
Visit customers at their shops and farms
Coordinates outside sales activities among multiple stores
Monitor sales performance
Identifies new customers and revenue opportunities
Lead promotions at stores or on customer premises
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License required
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with people
Ability to multi-task and is self-motivated
Able to lift 60 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift
Ability to bend and stoop to floor-level shelves
Ability to speak clearly, listen attentively
Preferred
Very comfortable striking up conversations
Previous sales experience and/or education preferred
