Responsibilities
Provide individualized coaching to business owners using the Scaling Up methodology
Review business structure and financials to tailor coaching program
Lead 1–2-day strategy workshops with new clients to review the program, outline goals, and set objectives
Establish and conduct regularly scheduled coaching sessions with business leaders using systematized business coaching methods
Travel to clients’ offices to gather information and meet with business leaders
Partner with internal marketing teams to ensure a cohesive client experience
Set, track and regularly monitor program goals and results
Collaborate on developing and maintaining coaching content for both in person and digital use
Attend Advisors Excel events to network with clients and potentially present at the event
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in analyzing financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, cashflow) and utilizing financial metrics to drive strategic decision-making
5+ years of proven experience in organizational leadership roles, showcasing the ability to drive teams towards achieving objectives
Confident, professional, and articulate in written and verbal communication
Strong coaching skills with a knack for providing constructive feedback; act with confidence and diplomacy to navigate challenging conversations with tact and empathy
Ability to assertively drive initiatives forward while maintaining a service-orientated mindset
Flexible and adaptable to evolving situations and priorities; capable of adjusting coaching strategies and approaches to suit the unique needs of the client
Able to travel 20-30% of the time as required for client meetings and engagements
Preferred
2-3 years' experience in business coaching or counseling capacity
Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business, Finance, Marketing)
Previous Financial services experience
Certifications in various coaching programs
