Customer Service and Support Representatives - Work From Home
GlowTouch Technologies is expanding its UnifyCX team in San Antonio and is seeking experienced Customer Service and Support Representatives to provide exceptional service to members and providers. The role involves answering customer inquiries, managing eligibility and claims, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with members and providers over the phone and through email to ensure all needs are addressed
Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction
Help customers understand their eligibility of benefits and claim status
Assist in Open Enrollment by answering questions and educating members
Manage your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue
Accurately document information exchanged during each call
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a customer service position, preferably in the healthcare field is a plus
Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays
Clear written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Exceptional attention-to-detail
Preferred
Healthcare experience is a plus
