Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of digital, content, and demand-generation campaigns
Create and edit marketing assets including blogs, newsletters, emails, sales collateral, ads, and promotional content
Write channel- and audience-specific messaging and ad copy
Manage and grow MiaRec’s social presence, with a focus on LinkedIn and X
Support trade shows, conferences, and events through pre-event promotion, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up
Coordinate booth materials, signage, collateral, and event logistics; attend events as needed
Use HubSpot for email marketing, automation, campaigns, and performance tracking
Monitor marketing metrics and report on campaign performance and ROI
Maintain organized marketing assets and documentation
Assist with website updates, landing pages, content refreshes, and SEO best practices
Collaborate with sales, leadership, product, and external vendors
Support ad hoc marketing and operational needs in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
Must have hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing (emails, workflows, landing and website pages)
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience with digital campaigns, SEO, social media, and event marketing
Strong organization, communication, and project management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and execution-focused
Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing organization
Willingness to travel occasionally for events
