Chief Quality & Informatics Officer

Rogue Community Health (RCH) is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center located in Jackson County, Oregon, seeking a Chief Quality and Informatics Officer (CQIO) to lead critical departments. The CQIO will oversee Quality and Population Health, Health Informatics, and Electronic Health Records while ensuring strategic alignment and fostering a collaborative culture.

Optimization of Electronic Medical Record system
Policy and procedure creation and adherence
Financial, operational, and legal compliance
Ensure strategic clarity and Mission alignment; develop integrated organizational plans; lead transformational change; foster community awareness; represent our organization both internally and externally; prioritize initiatives; allocate resources efficiently; promote a 'one team' culture; foster an environment of continuous development, growth, and improvement; and travel to and explore resources locally, within the State of Oregon, and nationally

Required

BS/BA in healthcare, nursing, informatics or closely related field
Significant experience in quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory accreditation (like NCQA)
Minimum 10 years demonstrating progressively more responsible senior level experience in related capacities
Non-profit healthcare experience
CPHQ or similar certification
Ability to travel both locally and nationally

Preferred

Masters in a related field
Experience in Health Care Administration
