CRM Consultant
Groove Consulting is a Sales Operations and Go-To-Market consultancy helping B2B startups and small businesses scale with clean systems and strong processes. They are seeking an experienced CRM Consultant to support client projects by implementing and optimizing HubSpot CRM systems and providing strategic sales operations advice.

Responsibilities
Support HubSpot implementations and optimizations (Sales and Marketing Hubs primarily, sometimes Service Hub)
Support clients across Professional and Enterprise plans
Audit existing CRM setups and recommend improvements
Configure pipelines, properties, workflows, reporting, and automation
Design and implement integrations (Zapier, PandaDoc, Apollo, etc.)
Conduct client trainings and documentation
Act as a trusted advisor on sales operations and RevOps best practices
Own projects end-to-end and proactively drive results
Qualification
Required
Availability to work primarily within U.S. business hours
Excellent professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Marketing Hub
Experience across Basic, Professional, and Enterprise tiers
Proven experience working directly with clients
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and RevOps
Comfortable balancing strategy and hands-on implementation
Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed
Background in sales operations, revenue operations, or consulting
Preferred
Experience with Close CRM and Zapier
HubSpot certifications
Experience in SaaS and startup environments
