Technician Mold - 2nd & 3rd shift

Responsibilities
Able to read and interpret documents in English such as, blueprints, schematics, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals
Able to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Able to apply common sense understanding and linear thinking, to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Experience in using a variety of welding equipment (TIG, MIG, stick welders, oxyacetylene torch, plasma torch etc.)
Valid driver’s license required for business travel
Must be able to produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment
Regular and predictable attendance required
Work beyond the traditional 40 hours per week may be required as workload or projects dictate, including weekends and holidays
Advanced/Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and CAD software and CAMM software
Hands-on approach to problem solving and analysis
Excellent Analytical Skills
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
Ability to work independently and in a team environment to effectively address and resolve all maintenance issues
A strong desire for independent growth & professional development
Understand, follow, and comply with all safety rules

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED/HSE required
Able to read and interpret documents in English such as, blueprints, schematics, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals

Preferred
Certificate in CNC, Welding, Machining, preferred
Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred
2-5 years of Mold Shop experience preferred or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced/Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and CAD software and CAMM software
