Responsibilities

You will be part of the Frontline Tools & Enablement Salesforce Product team
In your role, you will be supporting our Area Product Owners and Business Analysts in the delivery of Salesforce capabilities to CIBC's commercial and private wealth relationship managers, bankers, and advisors
You will assist with the capturing of product build requirements from business stakeholders and users; collaborate with the product and technology delivery teams on analyzing business gaps and various technology/business solutions; as well as engage with various lines of business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure the Salesforce backlog continues to support and enable CIBC's customer facing teams

Required

Candidate for degree in Computer Science, business and/or a related field
Self-motivated and curious

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
To be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the U.S
Pursuing a bachelor's degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
