Program Manager I - Building Management

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization, including internal stakeholders, external partners, residents, directors and research, facilities and safety teams
Coordinate maintenance activities, space planning and centralized service contracts
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines
Allocate time to meet completion requirements
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures
Oversee the operations, maintenance and infrastructure of expanding research facilities, including existing buildings and new Cleveland Innovation District sites
Manage the research enterprise equipment inventory and track equipment maintenance through Nuvolo
Conduct routine infrastructure assessments, including monitoring RO systems and the medical gas room, to ensure ongoing facility integrity
Support operational continuity amid growing demands related to relocations, renovations, and space reorganizations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training
OR Associate's Degree and four years of experience
OR Master's Degree and one year of experience
OR High School Diploma / GED and six years of experience
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Preferred
Experience in healthcare setting
Experience with Capital Management – finance & service contract
