Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert for P21 functional areas (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, Pricing)
Gather and document business requirements; map them to P21 functionality
Configure P21 modules and optimize workflows to meet client needs
Conduct workshops, user training, and UAT sessions
Support go-live and provide post-implementation assistance
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration
Qualification
Required
Serve as subject matter expert for P21 functional areas (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, Pricing)
Gather and document business requirements; map them to P21 functionality
Configure P21 modules and optimize workflows to meet client needs
Conduct workshops, user training, and UAT sessions
Support go-live and provide post-implementation assistance
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration
Strong understanding of distribution industry processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory control)
Hands-on experience with ERP configuration and process optimization
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Basic SQL knowledge for reporting and troubleshooting
