Responsibilities
Own the Strategy: Build and optimize search campaigns across Google Ads and Meta to smash client KPIs
Deep-Dive Analysis: Navigate Looker Studio and GA4 to provide actionable insights. We don’t just report numbers; we tell the story of why they happened and what’s next
Creative Collaboration: Partner with our creative team to ensure ad copy and visuals are performing at peak levels
Budget Stewardship: Oversee and advise on client spend, proactively troubleshooting performance dips before they become problems
B2B Specialization: Apply your knowledge of the B2B marketing funnel to capture and convert high-intent leads
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of proven success in paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta)
Strong background in B2B marketing and demand generation
Expert-level skill in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, StackAdapt, and LinkedIn
Comfort with GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager
Proactive communicator who 'owns' their accounts and doesn't wait for permission to optimize
Preferred
