SEBASS Events is dedicated to producing high-quality experiences in event production. They are seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Online Sales Manager to lead the creation and management of their online store, focusing on professional lighting products and developing sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Select, build, and launch an e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
Configure product categories, pricing, shipping, taxes, and payment systems
Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually aligned with the Sebass Events brand, and optimized for conversions
Create and manage product listings for professional lighting brands used in-house
Write clear, accurate product descriptions and specifications
Coordinate inventory tracking, stock levels, and supplier relationships
Develop and execute online sales strategies for B2B and B2C customers
Implement basic SEO, email marketing, and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with the Sebass Events team to cross-promote services and products
Manage order fulfillment workflows, shipping, and returns
Provide customer support related to online orders and product inquiries
Monitor site performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback

Required

Proven experience building or managing an e-commerce website
