Responsibilities
Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences
Averaging 26 billable hours per week with manageable workload targets
Having the opportunity to earn more by increasing billable hours at your own pace
Advancing through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing leadership impact along the way
Having full control over when and where to supervise cases
Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in human services or a related field
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
