The Probate Paralegal will support probate and estate administration matters from start to finish, working closely with the attorney to ensure accuracy, organization, and timely case progression.
Responsibilities
Draft and prepare probate and estate-related documents
Assist with estate administration and filings
Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties
Maintain organized and accurate case files
Support attorney with case preparation and deadlines
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of probate/paralegal experience required
Strong knowledge of probate procedures and documentation
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred
Familiarity with legal case management systems preferred
