Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to optimize HVAC field service operations and improve customer satisfaction
Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians, particularly in HVAC controls
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site. May involve occasional travel to Honeywell sites outside of home base area

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within HVAC field service management
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems and controls engineering principles
Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices
Proficiency in HVAC diagnostic tools and controls software
Valid drivers license and safe driving record with the ability to pas a criminal background check

Preferred

Technical diploma Bachelor's degree in Electrical, computer science or a related field of 4 years of experience in a technical role in this industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive change and innovation
