Responsibilities
Conducting and assisting with vehicle inspections using FastField mobile application, which involves driving and creating follow-up emails to document and communicate results
Assisting with creating and maintaining spreadsheets for data collection and the Contraction Information Collection Project
Assisting with updating non-traditional groups’ monthly reports, ridership logs, and expense forms
Assisting with traditional groups’ Route Sheet Project
Assisting with other projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must possess a valid Driver's License with a good driving record history
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year accredited college or university and working towards a degree in General Education, Business, Communications, Psychology, or other related field
Must demonstrate working knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite applications
Ability to sit for extended periods of time, frequently stand and/or walk within an office environment, lift and carry up to 25lbs, use a keyboard and type for prolonged periods
Preferred
Customer service and FastField mobile application experience are preferred
