CRN Customer Success Specialist - Remote within the United States
OEC provides software solutions to those who work in the automotive parts and repair industry. They are seeking a CRN Customer Success Specialist to build and maintain relationships with OEMs and collision shop customers, driving awareness of certification benefits and managing the certification process.

Responsibilities
Process customer files from enrollment to certification
Review OEM certification requirements and debrief customers on shop inspection process
Create and process customer invoices and payments
Coordinate and schedule shop inspection with Collision Consultants
Audit certification files and paperwork for compliance and accurate recordkeeping
Respond to incoming customer questions via phone and email
Process customer certifications
Oversee certification renewal processing for customers nearing the re-certification window
Qualification
Required
Requires a High School diploma or General Education Degree
At least 2 years of experience is required in account management, telephone sales, or related role
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with polished communication skills and attention to customer service
Results-oriented work style with good time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Ability to learn complex business processes, and present them in a clear, concise manner
Technical aptitude with knowledge of, or the ability to learn, computerized customer database and/or eBusiness account management tools
Comfortable and confident working independently
