Responsibilities
Write and disseminate engaging e-mail campaigns that inspire action (donate, volunteer or be an ambassador to recruit new patient families)
Develop key email components such as content direction, compelling e-mail subject, and engaging e-mail copy
Develop email segmentation of our constituency database tailored to each campaign
Work with the Executive Director and marketing board member to execute email strategy
Help select images to go along with the post
Qualification
Required
Minimum volunteer hours expected 5-6 hours per week
Bachelor's degree required in English, Communications, or Marketing
At least 2 years of professional experience as an e-mail copywriter
Deep knowledge of e-mail content strategy and creation
Fluent in spoken and written English and lives in the U.S
Ability to work independently
Proficiency with Word, email software (experience with DonoPerfect, Constant Contact and Canva a BIG plus!
