Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries and regions, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
Partner with global payroll vendors, auditors, and benefits providers to maintain compliance and service quality
Ensure adherence to local, federal, and international payroll laws, tax regulations, and data privacy standards
Maintain and audit payroll data including salaries, benefits, deductions, and tax information
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries efficiently
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and metrics for internal and external stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, automation, and internal controls
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth data flow and policy alignment
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of payroll experience, with global or multi-country payroll exposure strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws
Hands-on experience with payroll/HRIS systems such as ADP (GlobalView), Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
Clear, professional communication skills and comfort working across time zones
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field
Preferred
Certifications like CPP, IPP, CIPP, or GPMI are a plus
