Primary focus is to perform, coordinate and disburse a biweekly payroll through the wvOASIS/Kronos systems
Assist all departments with payroll and timekeeping through the wvOASIS/Kronos systems
Annual and Sick leave accruals for all employees
Biweekly Payroll deductions for all employees
Maintain Employee Evaluations & Step Raises
Enroll & Maintain PEIA/Mt. Flexible Benefits
Maintain Christmas Club Accounts
Maintain Credit Union Accounts
Maintain employee evaluations
Upkeep of confidential personnel records
Quarterly Reports (941, unemployment, etc)
Garnishments and Child Support payments
Maintain and present a good example
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma/ GED required with three years of equivalent experience
