Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve issues
Acts as an escalated resource to Customer Service Specialist to diffuse escalated calls
Support system questions from internal/external partners
Supports projects and other responsibilities as needed
Maintain primary and secondary (if applicable) e-mail exchanges
Serves as a liaison between the organization and internal/external partners
May support with audits
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and/or call center experience
