Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified inbound leads, engaging with business owners who have expressed interest in our services
Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet to drive client engagement
Leverage your expertise to recommend and present the most suitable accounting and tax solutions
Educate business owners on the value of professional financial services, using a consultative approach to address their concerns and build trust
Collaborate with our Client Success and Account Management teams to ensure a smooth transition and long-term client satisfaction
Accurately and efficiently manage all client interactions and information within our CRM system
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and articulate complex information clearly and professionally
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently
Collaborative and receptive to coaching, with a continuous improvement mindset
Demonstrated confidence in presenting solutions and making decisive recommendations
Preferred
Prior experience in a phone-based, high volume sales environment is highly preferred
