Responsibilities
Own CRM strategy, execution, and performance across lifecycle marketing
Audit all existing flows and integrations (Klaviyo, Shopify, subscription platform)
Identify missing or misconfigured triggers and modernize outdated setups
Optimize existing flows, including welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, pricing, and personalization
Build and maintain accurate reporting tied to revenue and customer behavior
Direct creative execution with copy and design partners
Ensure all messaging complies with health and wellness marketing regulations
Qualification
Required
Expert-level experience with Klaviyo
Strong working knowledge of Shopify data, events, and integrations
Experience with subscription platforms (Stay.ai preferred; Recharge or similar acceptable)
Ability to demonstrate technical work directly in platforms (e.g., reporting, flows, integrations)
Strong emphasis on practical execution over theoretical best practices
Senior or Staff-level CRM marketer stepping into a first Director role
Strong hands-on experience in regulated categories such as health & wellness
Comfortable operating in compliance-driven environments
Must live in the Eastern Time Zone
Must be online by 7:00am ET to collaborate with European team members
Must have prior health & wellness (or regulated category) experience
Preferred
Experience in early-stage or PE-backed, high-growth companies
