Responsibilities
Load molds with proper materials and operate equipment with established procedures to produce preformed parts
Use measuring devices and perform such operations to assure conformance of the end product to dimensional specifications
Responsible for the proper utilization of tools and equipment necessary to produce molded products in accordance with engineering standards
Maintain cleanliness relative to the equipment and to the molds after such operations have been performed
Assure that all tools are in good operating condition when molder places them in storage
Operate a forklift truck, hoist, or crane
Maintain a clean and orderly work area, a maintain accurate records and job history
Qualification
Required
Accredited High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
One to three months' experience in a manufacturing facility highly desired
Be able to use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls
Be able to reach overhead
Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time
Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
Be able to lift and/or move 35 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing an employee reference check, criminal background check, and drug screening
