Responsibilities
Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration rack systems
Work on walk-ins, cases, compressors, condensers, controls, and piping
Diagnose problems efficiently and fix them right the first time
Light HVAC work as needed
Some restaurant hot-side equipment (fryers, ovens, etc.) — we’ll train if needed
Complete service tickets and document parts/work performed
Communicate clearly with customers and help them keep systems running
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on commercial refrigeration service experience - Grocery, big box, or large commercial sites (Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart, or similar)
Experience with small and large refrigeration systems
Rack system experience is a must
EPA Type II required
Able to work independently and manage your own calls
Good attitude, solid troubleshooting skills, and pride in your work
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
Preferred
CO2 / Glycol systems, microthermal controls, and EMS programming/start-ups a plus
OSHA 30 preferred (or willing to get it)
