Responsibilities
Oversee all clinical and administrative operations of the agency
Collaborate with clinical leadership to manage patient intake, inquiries, and care assessments
Supervise skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and regulatory requirements
Direct billing, payroll, and data entry activities
Develop and manage budgets while ensuring the financial success of the agency
Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals and maintain high standards of care
Qualification
Required
Registered Nurse (RN): Must hold a current, valid RN license in the State of Florida
Home Health Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
At least one (1) year of full-time direct patient care experience in a home health setting
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive results in a healthcare environment
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ethics & Teamwork: Commitment to high ethical standards and fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture
Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare management systems
Preferred
Previous management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
