Responsibilities

Define pricing investment strategies at national and state levels, aligned with corporate objectives and competitive dynamics

Lead RGM Strategy Develop and implement a comprehensive RGM framework, including pricing architecture, pack-price strategy, and promotional investment optimization

Conduct elasticity analysis, price-gap modeling, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions

Prepare and present pricing investment recommendations including buydown proposals to senior management, ensuring ROI-driven allocation

Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, adjusting strategies based on market trends and financial outcomes

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to integrate RGM principles into portfolio and trade strategies

Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field

6–8 years of experience in pricing, RGM, or trade marketing within FMCG

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) experience
