Responsibilities
Assist with customer billing and invoicing processes
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances
Support collections efforts while maintaining positive customer relationships
Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
Match invoices to supporting documentation and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice status
Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries
Support financial reporting and documentation as needed
Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA license or demonstrated intent to pursue CPA
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with an ERP system
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Preferred
1–3 years of accounting experience (AR/AP exposure strongly valued)
