Responsibilities
Design and execute talent development programs aligned with organizational objectives
Lead leadership development, mentoring, and career advancement initiatives
Partner with managers to assess skill gaps and develop customized training solutions
Oversee and manage employee engagement and survey programs
Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and continuously improve programs using data-driven insights
Coordinate with external vendors and facilitators for training delivery when necessary
Champion a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation
Support organizational values through oversight and partnership with Employee Resource Group initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in learning and development or talent management roles
Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation capabilities
Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR technology platforms
Analytical mindset with experience evaluating training impact and return on investment
