Working on mission-critical backend banking systems
A mix of project work and hands-on production support
Exposure to high-volume batch and online transaction processing
Long-term opportunity supporting core financial systems
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional mainframe development experience
Strong hands-on experience with: COBOL, CICS, VSAM, JCL, Easytrieve
Experience supporting production environments, including debugging and issue resolution
Familiarity with job scheduling and batch processing
Preferred
IBM DB2 mainframe experience
Banking or financial services experience
