5+ years expA.SHIMUS is seeking a Senior Shopify Developer to implement a fully designed Figma prototype into their existing Shopify website. This role focuses exclusively on technical execution, ensuring pixel-accurate design implementation and maintaining site performance.
Responsibilities
Implement a completed Figma design into our existing Shopify store
Develop clean, modular Shopify 2.0 sections and templates
Ensure pixel-accurate execution across layout, typography, and spacing
Build fully responsive behavior for desktop, tablet, and mobile
Implement light UI interactions or animations as specified
Proactively prevent and troubleshoot Shopify Liquid errors
Safely manage edge cases and empty states across products and collections
Maintain or improve site performance and load speed
Conduct cross-browser and cross-device QA testing
Deploy updates safely to production
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Shopify development experience
Strong expertise in Shopify Liquid, including schema, conditionals, and objects
Proven experience executing Figma-to-Shopify builds
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with Shopify 2.0 themes
Strong attention to detail and code quality
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Preferred
Experience with fashion, luxury, or premium DTC brands
Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
SEO and accessibility best practices
Experience auditing or refactoring existing Shopify themes
