Responsibilities
Perform bioanalytical testing on proteins and antibodies, including but not limited to:
Capillary Electrophoresis (CE)
HPLC methods such as SEC and CEX
SDS‑PAGE
UV spectroscopy
Protein A titer assays
ELISA
QPCR
Cell‑based or biochemical bioassays
Record and manage data within laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
Contribute to laboratory investigations and troubleshooting activities
Document experimental procedures, observations, and results in lab notebooks and technical reports
Follow established SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
Minimum of two years of relevant laboratory experience
Strong organizational, computer, and scientific documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with strong attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to learn new techniques, maintain accurate records, and comply with company policies and procedures
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
