Responsibilities

Take direction from our Chief of Staff on daily priorities, schedules, and logistics
Prepare meeting rooms in advance, including setup, cleanliness, supplies, and technical readiness
Greet on-site guests and founders and escort them to where they need to be
Order and coordinate meals (e.g., lunch, snacks, beverages) for meetings and daily needs
Order, coordinate, and set out catering for groups as needed
Manage time-keeping and help ensure meetings start and end on schedule
Organize car service and travel as needed
Maintain the CEO’s office, including restocking supplies and general organization
Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed with speed and discretion

Required

2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or operations support role (a plus)
Exceptionally organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Strong time-management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
Comfortable handling routine tasks with care and precision
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
