Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Assist with quality documentation and record keeping
Organize inspection reports, certifications, and test results
Support audits and quality improvement activities
Enter QA data into company systems
Use Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
Help track quality metrics and customer satisfaction surveys
Work with internal teams under the guidance of senior QA staff
