Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Analyst to design, implement, and optimize the CMDB with ITOM, ITAM, and Service Mapping. The role focuses on ensuring accurate configuration data, asset lifecycle integration, and service dependency maps to enhance operational resilience and service visibility.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize the CMDB with ITOM, ITAM, and Service Mapping
Ensure accurate configuration data, asset lifecycle integration, and service dependency maps to improve operational resilience and service visibility
Manage CMDB modeling, CI classes, relationships, and CSDM alignment
Maintain CMDB Health including completeness, correctness, compliance, and Data Certification
Oversee Identification & Reconciliation (IRE) and data governance
Handle ServiceNow ITOM including Discovery, Service Mapping, and event correlation knowledge
Manage ServiceNow ITAM including HAM Pro and SAM Pro functionalities
Ensure alignment of asset records with CMDB CIs and lifecycle
Integrate data sources such as SCCM/MECM, Intune/Jamf/Tanium, vCenter, and cloud services
Establish CMDB standards, data quality rules, and change control for CIs
Document processes, create runbooks, and facilitate stakeholder workshops
Qualification
Required
ServiceNow CMDB & Configuration Management
CMDB modeling, CI classes, relationships, CSDM alignment (v3/v4)
CMDB Health (completeness, correctness, compliance), Data Certification
Identification & Reconciliation (IRE) and data governance
ServiceNow ITOM
Discovery (patterns, probes/sensors, credentials, schedules, MID Server)
Service Mapping (top‑down/traffic-based, patterns, entry points, app dependency mapping)
Event correlation knowledge is a plus
ServiceNow ITAM
HAM Pro: normalization, models, stockrooms, reclamation
SAM Pro: normalization, publisher packs, entitlements, compliance, reclaim
Alignment of asset records with CMDB CIs and lifecycle
Integrations / Data sources
SCCM/MECM, Intune/Jamf/Tanium, vCenter, AWS/Azure/GCP (cloud discovery, tags)
Service Graph Connectors, Import Sets/Transform Maps, REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub
Governance & Outcomes
CMDB standards, data quality rules, change control for CIs, service visibility
Documentation, runbooks, stakeholder workshops; collaborative working style
