Responsibilities
Lead analysis, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise applications and middleware
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code/design reviews while ensuring adherence to architectural and quality standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and project plans
Evaluate technologies and provide buy vs. build recommendations; support tool selection and adoption
Troubleshoot complex issues, provide Tier III support, and drive continuous application and process improvements
Support testing, configuration management, deployments, documentation, and security compliance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of programming/systems analysis experience
2+ years of experience leading projects or acting as a technical/team lead
3+ years experience with Java (8+), Spring Boot, Angular (11+), JavaScript, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and RDBMS (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
3+ years experience with responsive UI/UX technologies (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap) and data formats (JSON, XML, YAML)
Preferred
Experience with React and J2EE/Jakarta EE
