Compliance Specialist II
The University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking a Compliance Specialist II to ensure compliance with various university and federal policies related to the research animal program. The role involves compiling regulatory documents, managing the accreditation process, and assisting with compliance notifications and education for stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Assists with the creation and the maintenance of manuals, communication materials, and other compliance materials in accordance with established laws and regulations
Collects, compiles, and organizes reports for a defined compliance program and communicates data to internal and external stakeholders when appropriate
Issues compliance notifications and provides education and resources to inquiring entities
Qualification
Required
The successful candidate will be highly organized and be able to efficiently track and complete multiple projects concurrently
Candidates must be able to communicate clearly, professionally and respectfully with people at all levels of the campus community
Experience in the field of research compliance, such as human subjects or research animal, is preferred
Experience with animal research is helpful, and research personnel with knowledge of IACUC protocols and lab animal work are encouraged to apply
Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship, on or before the effective date of the appointment
