Responsibilities
Own all user support via ServiceNow, including troubleshooting, user management, and technical issue resolution
Deliver virtual training and documentation to build Salesforce skills across the organization
Analyze business and technical processes, recommending and implementing efficiency improvements
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders on configurations, integrations, reporting, and project status
Maintain Salesforce architecture and data integrity (roles, profiles, security, flows, validation rules, imports/exports)
Partner with the Salesforce Application Delivery Manager on continuous improvement roadmaps and enhancement backlogs
Support third-party integrations and stay current on Salesforce features to drive ongoing optimization
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with strong knowledge of core platform functionality, security, best practices, and data modeling
Hands-on experience building Flows, advanced formulas, and managing data with tools like DemandTools
Solid understanding of data structures and relationships
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business users
Strong collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management skills in team-oriented environments
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities; self-starter who can drive initiatives end-to-end
