Required

10+ years in network engineering
5+ years leading network engineering teams (15+ members)
Proven experience delivering complex network infrastructure projects
Strong background in network security policies and incident response
Hands-on expertise with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ISE, Nexus, Meraki, and WebEx
Experience managing operational budgets
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure
Oversee voice, data, and network provisioning operations
Manage and develop a team of network engineers
Drive initiatives to enhance network performance, reliability, and security
Align network operations with broader IT and business objectives
Manage large-scale infrastructure projects from planning to execution
Oversee operational budgets and capacity planning
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPNs
VoIP systems & network provisioning

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
Certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE 4+, CISSP are highly valued
SD-WAN & network automation experience
Cloud networking (AWS / Azure)
Network monitoring & SIEM tools (SolarWinds, Splunk)
Security and compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR)
Scripting for automation (Python, PowerShell)
Agile / project management experience
