Up to one year of experience in contract drafting and negotiation, which may include internships, externships, or in-house roles during law school
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
Work experience (including internships) in technology, social media/ecommerce, consulting, financial services or life sciences is a plus
Admission to the Minnesota or Illinois bar, eligibility to waive in, or commitment to obtain admission promptly after hire
Qualification
Required
Up to one year of experience in contract drafting and negotiation, which may include internships, externships, or in-house roles during law school
JD from an accredited law school, or current 3L expected to graduate this academic year
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
Admission to the Minnesota or Illinois bar, eligibility to waive in, or commitment to obtain admission promptly after hire
Preferred
Work experience (including internships) in technology, social media/ecommerce, consulting, financial services or life sciences is a plus
