Mid LevelDo Good Digital Company is seeking an experienced Adobe Marketo Consultant to design, implement, optimize, and support sophisticated marketing automation solutions using Adobe Marketo Engage. This role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to create scalable marketing automation programs that enhance customer engagement and reporting.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Marketo Engage instances for a variety of client types
Build and maintain marketing programs including but not limited to: Email campaigns, nurture programs, engagement streams, and landing pages, Lead scoring, lead lifecycle, and routing logic, Tokens, templates, and program templates for scalability
Integrate Marketo with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other marketing technologies
Partner with our internal delivery teams to ensure projects are scoped correctly and delivered on time
Develop strong client-management skills, moving from technical execution to strategic advisory
Advise on marketing automation strategy and platform improvements
Qualification
Required
Deep technical understanding and hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo
Prior experience in technical consultation OR a strong desire and willingness to learn client-facing skills (presentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management)
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (or related field) OR equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Experience with additional marketing tech tools (e.g., HubSpot, Eloqua, Segment, Demandbase)
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise marketing environments
Experience with multi-instance or multi-business-unit Marketo environments
