The role involves overseeing all phases of drywall construction to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial drywall projects
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
Prepare project budgets, schedules, submittals, change orders, and reports
Monitor job progress, quality control, safety compliance, and profitability
Resolve job site issues and conflicts promptly and effectively
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with codes, specifications, and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial drywall construction
Proven ability to manage drywall projects from start to finish in both occupied and new construction settings
Proficient in construction software tools such as On-Screen Takeoff, PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required
