Responsibilities
Monitoring, documenting, and communicating plant Quality/HACCP/SSOP/SOG/GMP programs to ensure proper implementation
Coordinating with plant personnel, USDA, and contracted sanitation personnel to comply with quality programs
Working daily in cold environments (~45 degrees) and warm environments (~85 degrees)
Maintain constructive relationships with various levels of personnel in various departments
Qualification
Required

Adhere to and enforce all safety policies and procedures
Knowledge of Quality Assurance Technologies and/or Knowledge of the meat industry
1-3 years' experience in the meat industry
Conflict resolution abilities and strong customer relations
Experience working with a diverse group of people
Ability to maintain high expectations for self and others, demonstrating a dedication to achievement of results
Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization
Solid problem solving, project management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
Detail oriented, organized, reliable and resourceful
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
