Responsibilities
Work in conjunction with subject matter experts and learn how ICS security is designed, configured, and maintained in an operational technology (OT) environment
Develop a technical understanding of ICS network infrastructure, security appliances, and security control configurations
Manage integration of one or more NERC CIP standard into OT network projects
Support the execution of operational tasking specific to network and system administration, security patch management, AV, SIEM Log Monitoring, Backup & Recovery, and Incident Response
Qualification
Required
Proficient understanding of the NERC Reliability Standards, with emphasis on Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP)
Minimum 3 years of experience in security center applications, monitoring, troubleshooting and Analysis
Must be proficient in computer operating systems, technical documentation process and gathering of auditing documentations
Demonstrates competence in analyzing and solving highly complex system / application-related problems within a reasonable amount of time
Strong written and oral communication skills required for interaction with various customers of the power generation operations in order to understand customer needs and translate them to technical solutions
