Responsibilities
Utilize project management platforms to oversee timelines, tasks, and resources effectively
Coordinate processes across creative production teams to ensure smooth collaboration
Lead efforts in capacity planning and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency
Maintain detailed project documentation, including workflow guidelines and status reports
Onboard and manage freelance and contract resources as needed to meet project demands
Continuously assess and refine internal processes to align with organizational growth
Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination and management of internal systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
4–6 years of experience in project or account management within a creative agency or marketing organization
Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in project management software, with experience in HIVE being a significant asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders
High attention to detail and strategic thinking skills
Preferred
Familiarity with tools such as Brandfolder and Figma
Experience in creative production processes
Portfolio showcasing relevant project management experience
