Responsibilities
Reviewing, verifying, and funding approved loan applications received through indirect lending channels
Ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, compliant with credit union policies, and funded in a timely manner

Taking training required for the position
Understanding and complying with all state and federal regulations and laws
Ensuring compliance with all governing regulations, especially the Bank Secrecy Act requirements
Learning and understanding all Lending Policies
Seeking additional training in areas outside of the job requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in auto lending, indirect lending, loan funding preferred
Knowledge of indirect auto lending process and dealer/Refinance partner documentation
Computer knowledge, good analytical skills, ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with an understanding of credit union loan policies
Ability to manage time effectively and possess good problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Lending regulations and compliance standards
Some evenings and Saturdays may be required
Working knowledge of auto loan documentation, titles, and lien requirements
Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience with indirect auto lending
Understanding of lien, title, and collateral perfection processes
Knowledge of state-specific DMV and title processing requirements
Credit union experience and understanding of the member-owned financial model
