Marketing Analytics Intern, New York City, Summer 2026
The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Marketing Analytics Intern to join their Direct-to-Consumer team. This role involves collaborating with various teams to support marketing investment analytics and leverage AI technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities
You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Marketing Science, Data Engineering, and Data Product, and your focus will be on supporting marketing investment analytics measurement tools, documentation and key business insights to propel DTC business growth
Leverage AI technologies to enhance our analytics capabilities and create innovative solutions
You’ll contribute to the AI evolution of our team’s tools, techniques and methodologies
Co-create with AI in facilitating a few crucial tasks of our team - automating measurements, contextualizing data, interpreting and conducting analyses, deriving narratives for our stakeholders to empower effective decision making
Qualification
Required
1+ years of hands-on analytical work/project experience
Familiarity with data platforms and applications such as Snowflake, Databricks, Jupyter, Google Sheets or Excel, Adobe Analytics
Strong motivation to work in media and ability to learn from questions as well as experiences
Experience in manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends and using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools
Familiarity with documenting the data requirements, data strategy, data rules (standardization, cleanse, and validation)
Strong analytical and technical skills to troubleshoot issues, analyze the cause, quickly come up with the possible solutions, document the changes, and communicate organizational impact
Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker and can share a portfolio of clear, intuitive and insightful visualizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative teammate who is also a self-starter and can work independently
Strong interest in marketing analytics and media measurement
Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
Fully available from Monday-Friday for the duration of the position, 40 hours per week
Preferred
Proficiency with advanced SQL, basic Python/R, Tableau and Looker
Familiarity/competency in data science topics such as statistics, optimization, and/or econometrics
Certification(s) in AI, machine learning, or relevant cloud platforms
Familiarity with Disney business domain knowledge
Ability to identify and appropriately call out issues to leadership
